Firstly, I'd love to know a bit about your kink background.
What was your BDSM experience prior to attending the workshop?
Kink Newbie - This workshop is the first I have ever attended.
Beginner - I've been to a few BDSM events, but still feel like a beginner.
Medium - I'm moderately experienced, have been playing with BDSM techniques occasionally.
Advanced - I have quite a lot of BDSM experince, but it's good to learn more.
Expert - I'm extremely experienced, I did not leanr anything new.
Introduction to Impact play
How was my explanation of Impact toys - different types, functions and effects.
Excellent - The content far exceeded my expectations
Good - The content fulfilled my expectations
Average - The explanation was okay, bit I expected more.
Poor - I was disappointed with the content from this section.
Terrible - I was extremely disappointed.

Theoretical overview
How was my theoretical overview explaining topping and bottoming, safety, body language and protocol?
Excellent - I understood the theory behind the practical.
